PAYMENT & RETURNS POLICY

Payment


We accept payment by PayPal, all Major Credit/Debit Cards, and TT Bank Transfers.


Please note that your order will not be shipped until we have received a payment confirmation. For PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards, it is usually instantaneous, but for bank transfers, it can take up to 5 working days.


Returns


Have you changed your mind? No problem! You will be entitled to cancel your order or return a product to us and receive a refund following this policy, if:


  • You notify us that you wish to return the product(s) within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  • You ship the product(s) back to us within 3 working days of receiving a confirmation email with the return address.

  • The returned product(s) is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that would allow us to sell the product(s) again.

  • You comply with the procedure set out in this policy concerning the return of the product(s).

Received a faulty product? We’re very sorry about that!


All our jewelry goes through a strict quality control procedure before it is dispatched to you. If you receive a damaged or faulty piece, please send us a clear photo of the fault within 7 working days of receiving your order, and we will assess a refund on a case-by-case basis.


Returns Procedure


To take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must send us an email with the following information: product(s) ID, order number, photo if applicable, and the reason for return. We will then respond within 2 working days, notifying you of the return address for the products that need to be sent.


You will be responsible for paying postage costs including any applicable import taxes associated with returns under this policy. We will only pay for return postage for the product(s) that are faulty or sent in error, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds


  • We will issue a refund for the price you paid to us regarding any product(s) returned adequately by you following this policy.
  • We will not issue a refund for the original delivery charges or import/duty tax relating to the returned product(s).
  • We will not issue a refund for any costs incurred in returning the product(s) to us unless they are faulty or sent in error.
  • We will issue a refund via your original method of payment.
  • We will apply a 20% restocking fee except for defective products.
  • We aim to refund within 3 working days following the day we receive your returned product(s).
  • If you return a product in contravention of this, we will not issue a refund for the purchase price or exchange the product(s).
